Policies

Prices:
All prices are exclusive of any and all applicable tax.

Terms:
All sales are subject to prior credit approval. Terms of payment without prior credit approval are cash, certified check, Visa or Mastercard.

Payment for Established Accounts:
All invoices are net 30 days from date of invoice. Payment terms in accordance with House Bill No. 906 Subcontractor Payment Act. Service charge of 1 1/2% per month will be applied to all invoices over 30 days.

Warranty:
HVACommerce.com makes no expressed or implied warranties as to the goods sold, but extends to the buyer the manufacturers standard warranty which will be available upon request.

Delivery:
Items are available for customer pickup. Items shipped, at customer request, will be shipped either via UPS, local or common carrier, FOB HVACommerce.com.

All areas within the continental U.S. will ship freight pre-paid and added regardless of order size. Contact us for export packaging and rates to foreign countries. Guaranteed next day delivery available to certain destinations, contact us for availability.

All goods are customers' property upon signature by customer or freight carrier at HVACommerce.com shipping docks.

Customer is responsible to verify all shipments for correctness and acceptability. Shortages and/or visible damage must be reported to freight carrier on delivery receipt.

Damages:
HVACommerce.com shall not be liable for any direct, incidental, or consequential damages or losses of any kind resulting from the purchase or installation of any product.

Returns:
Merchandise may not be returned without written authorization of HVACommerce.com. All goods must be returned within 30 days, in re-saleable condition and in the original cartons. The original invoice or delivery ticket must accompany the returned goods.

A 25% restocking/handling fee will be assessed on all returns.

This policy applies only to items purchased from HVACommerce.com inventory. Factory orders are not subject to return.
